Realized I should probably update this thing more often I've been working on a 180 for my portfolio to focus on Handpainted props for the time being, 3 guessing which studio I'm targeting... The idea is to create a weapon or two for each race (at least of the Horde to start) that embodies that race well, ie you look at it and without being told you can distinguish which race made it. 2 finished, or nearly finished pieces, and a rough rough concept for a third

Finished up the high poly and applied some color as a guide. Gonna probably get down to the low poly soon

More "organic" hard surface Sub-D practice

This time it's a bouy from Firefall from a concept by Jayaxer on deviantart. Might look to taking this to completion

Working on trailing my Organic Hard Surface Skills

This is based off a Starcraft marine armor variant, I'll probably do the chest/back and then move on to something new to keep practicing.

Gonna try out Zbrush 4R5 for hard surface soon but for now it's all sub-D

Quick Painting based on some stuff I've been writing for a creative writing class.

Also a sword I recently submitted to the SOE player studio for Everquest 2

Some work from last semester, not portfolio worthy, but still fun. Learned about up-vector materials and such. Plus got an idea of how to make some nice ice with very hidden tiling.
